The homepage sequence

1. Welcome and history

   Solid navy copy beside the family photo; white counseling action and a direct phone alternative. “home.” is marigold with a color divider. The history strip links to About.

2. Four program pathways

   Alternating photographs and copy introduce counseling, homeownership, farmworker support, and rentals. Mobile restores image-before-copy order.

3. Next steps and location

   A live-oak three-step guide leads to the town, ZIP, or county search. Search sends the location to the Contact service-area section; direct contact remains available.

4. Workshops and stories

   A navy workshop invitation precedes a large editorial photograph with a compact cream story corner. News summaries use sand surfaces.

5. Rental handoff

   A split sand section presents Azalea and directs rental questions and applications to the property manager through rental office information.

6. Partnership and support

   The navy evidence and partnership section includes partner logos on sky wash. A separate fundraising invitation follows, then the contact close.

7. Shared site footer

   A cream footer groups office contact, housing help, FNPH links, and multilingual farmworker support. The utility row above navigation retains Contact and language.

Version treatment

White page and supporting-panel grounds with 4px surface corners. Shared navy, live-oak, and sand sections keep the same color rhythm as Version 1.

The sticky header uses a phone/Contact/language utility row above compact identity, grouped photographic menus, and Donate. It turns navy with white controls while passing the partnership section. At 40rem, content stacks; at 64rem, the primary navigation collapses.

These version-prefixed routes share Brand0 program components and forms. Internal links preserve the selected version; external handoffs and documents retain their actual destinations.
