Draft — not approved

One organization, many doors — drawn as the site will be built.

Read live from src/data/sitemap.ts and the composition map in src/data/page-components.ts. 20 pages, 13 conversions, 8 with content holds. Homeownership is the front door; counseling is the first step (D-023 amended 2026-09-03). The homepage introduces, highlights, and guides (D-024).

Structure

The tree, as navigation exposes it.

Four dropdown menus, Rentals, and Contact anchor the header. Tier, register, conversion, and hold state come from the route map, not from this page.

Not in any menu: Privacy.

Shared shell

What every page consumes and never re-invents.

No page invents its own header, footer, language control, notice, handoff, or form kit. The shell is the floor; the interior is the work.

  • Draft disclosure barReview chrome that labels every page DRAFT — NOT APPROVED. Removed at launch, never a brand fill.BaseLayout
  • Skip linkFirst focusable element on every page.BaseLayout
  • Sticky navigationLockup; one centered group of labels — four dropdown menus (homeownership, farmworker, about, partners), Rentals, and Contact; marigold Donate; language control written in full (English · Español · Kreyòl ayisyen).Brand0Nav
  • LockupThe dichrome compact lockup (/logos/lockup-compact.svg) over the top of a threshold, swapping to the workhorse (/logos/lockup.svg) on scroll; the footer carries the formal monochrome lockup (/logos/active/monochrome-formal-mark.svg). Never invert or recolor dichrome — single-color uses take the monochrome variation (D-031).Brand0Lockup
  • Footer sitemap + newsletterDraft newsletter signup sits at the top of the sand footer (notes on workshops and rural housing; Form 11: email + Join the list only — language preference and optional segment are hidden and disconnected, held until O-012; routing result rendered, nothing sent), then a Brand0Stripe divider, the formal lockup with a short org description, sitemap groups, the privacy notice (SSN / documents / financial information are never collected on this site), and a clay legal bar (copyright, Brhyt™ Studio credit, Privacy).Brand0Footer
  • NoticeInfo, success, and error notices with written status — never color alone.FnphNotice
  • External handoffNames destination, owner, and consequence before any link leaves FNPH.FnphExternalHandoff
  • Form primitivesInput, Select, Textarea, Checkbox, RadioGroup, Button, ErrorSummary, ActionGroup; DgForm + FormStates carry default / invalid / submitting / accepted / failure states with locales.ui/Fnph*, brand0/forms/*
  • Page plan drawerReview-only: what the page will include, its holds, and its sources. Never part of the public look.Brand0PlanDrawer

Components to explore

What the client responded to, transposed into FNPH.

Each mechanism is named from the reference on Exploration, then restated inside Brand0's rules: white paper, navy spine, no gradients, no invented claims. These are directions to design, not approvals.

CPLC — overall design and hero

Threshold opening

Seen at /brand/exploration/ · CPLC reference and its three coded directions

Mechanism
One full-bleed field opens the page — a documentary photograph or a saturated color field — with a large statement and a single call to action, before any navigation of programs. Saturated section fields then alternate down the page.
FNPH transposition
Built as Brand0Threshold with Brand0Layout chrome="overlay": the navigation floats over the photograph on a white gradient that fades into the image, set a step lower from the top, carrying the dichrome lockup (never a white logo, D-031), and turns solid past the threshold; the photograph fills the whole viewport with no scrim; a white Libre Franklin 700 headline up to 6.25rem at line-height 0.98 breaks into three short lines low on the left; an 18px lede caps at 26rem; the single next step is a resident-tint pill with a trailing arrow (hover: field green, 150ms); Donate in the chrome is the marigold pill. Without a photograph the composition sits on a white, cream, sand, or navy field.
Constraints
  • H1 start-aligned, not a centered slogan (T06)
  • next step visible in the first viewport
  • no generated people as evidence; photo slot stays labeled until rights clear (O-010)
  • no gradients (T04)
TPL — color stripe

Favicon stripe

Seen at /brand/exploration/ · TPL reference; stripe edges beside images and at section breaks

Mechanism
A thin multicolor stripe runs along image edges and section thresholds, acting as the brand's signature accent without a large color fill.
FNPH transposition
Built as Brand0Stripe. TPL uses a 48px-wide vertical ribbon of color columns that grows in beside images, plus short colored underlines. Here the ribbon is the brand0 favicon stretched tall: eight equal bands, sky at the top, grass at the bottom — the logo abstracted under blue skies and green grass. The same bands run left to right as a short 4px divider under titles or a 2px full-width rule. The ribbon can reveal top-down on scroll; motion is off under reduced motion.
Constraints
  • bands are the eight favicon bands in favicon order, in canonical tokens: primary-dark, primary-tint ×2, accent, primary, resident ×2, resident-dark
  • hard band edges; never a gradient
  • one stripe per threshold; not a border on every card
  • the sun band is the only marigold at rest — accent coverage stays under 8% (T05)
TPL — donate button interactivity

Donate as a live action

Seen at /brand/exploration/ · TPL reference chrome; donate action persists in the header

Mechanism
Donate sits in the chrome as a persistent, visibly interactive action — hover and focus change its shape or reveal an arrow — so giving is always one move away without becoming a banner.
FNPH transposition
Built into Brand0Nav. A pill beside Contact carrying a ring-arrow — TPL's circular arrow button folded into its pill buttons. Solid chrome: navy pill, white ring; hover and focus fill the ring marigold and nudge the arrow at 200ms. Over a threshold photograph the pill takes CPLC's warm fill (marigold with ink text) and hovers to an outlined ring. Active compresses; reduced motion honored; on mobile it moves into the menu. The donate page discloses the Givebutter handoff before leaving (D-004).
Constraints
  • Givebutter hosts payment; no card fields in FNPH markup (D-004)
  • notifications to Steven and Kurt only, never Finance (D-005)
  • motion nonessential; honor reduced motion
TrueGround — infographic

Impact as evidence

Seen at /brand/exploration/ · TrueGround reference; scrolling stat ticker, large-figure panel, county map

Mechanism
Figures are presented as an infographic: a scrolling band of resident statistics, a large single figure in a dark panel, and a service-area map with named places.
FNPH transposition
Built as Brand0Impact on the public home (after the threshold): a documentary photograph with circular voice bubbles, beside a ruled figure band of approved facts only — 1978, today in rural Central Florida, and 2028. Bubbles carry program messages until named personal stories clear consent. The six-county map remains for about/partners. A static composition, not a ticker — motion is nonessential.
Constraints
  • no assistance dollar amounts (D-006)
  • financial figures and 'first USDA 515' framing held until Steven and Kurt sign off (O-003)
  • no served-count the organization cannot produce (messaging framework)
  • annual report, audit, 990, Charity Navigator surfaced as documents, not asserted numbers (O-007)
  • no invented personal testimonials; photo and story slots stay labeled until rights clear (O-010)
